Wynstone, LLC and Blackstone Homes are celebrating this week after October 7th recommendation of the Land Use and Transportation Committee of the City of Federal Way to approve the Final Plat of Wynstone.  The Federal Way City Council then moved to approve the resolution for the  Final Plat of 45 lots in Wynstone.  The actual recording should take place this week thus ending a lengthy, four+ years (although typical) city and county entitlement process.  Mike Kerschner, owner of Blackstone Homes says he is already underway having submitted an application for a model home permit some time ago.  Mike expects that permit in the next several weeks and anticipates starting construction on our model home sometime in November.  If you are interested in seeing all of the official documentation of Wynstone’s Final Plat approval type in the following address in your computer’s browser:

    Hi Kim – it is going to be soooo wonderful to see homes starting to be built soon at Wynstone. It’s going to be a great addition to new home choices for Federal Way buyers!
